The Homestead Resort is a historic resort established 1884 in Midway Utah. Homestead has agreed to a letter of intent with a major hotel brand and has engaged Shakespeare Development Group to construct a hotel lobby, restaurants, wedding barn, activities center, golf clubhouse and members lounge in addition to 60 condominiums and 15 single family residence.
